At Wonderland Gear & Style, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality camping gear, clothing accessories, and tactical bags. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns work:

  1. Return Eligibility
  • We accept returns for defective items or exchanges.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  1. How to Return
  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or +254 722 971 715 to start your return.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. We’ll issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  5. Ship it back using a trackable method. (Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is defective.)
  1. Exchanges
  • If you’d like a different model, size, or color, let us know when you request your RAN.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability—if your preferred replacement isn’t in stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items
  • Report within 24 hours of delivery to qualify.
  • We may ask for photographic evidence or additional details.
  • Once validated, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, per your preference.
