Welcome to Wonderland Gear Store! Our store is committed to providing high-quality tactical and outdoor products to our customers. Please take a few minutes to review this policy before making any purchase on our website.

Shipment and Delivery Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days. We are still open to delivering orders even on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed but not more than 48 hrs. If there will be a significant delay in delivering of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping/Delivery  Locations

We only do shipping to locations in Kenya. International customers can only select a shipping zone within Kenya.

Working time:

We only process orders from 9 am to 5 pm.

Delivery Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will depend on your delivery location, with a flat rate set at Kshs 350.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been shipped/delivered containing your tracking number(s).
